Beachly, Jr. (Annetta) and Karen Ulery (William); her grandchildren, Crista Santee, Marc Ulery, Jack Beachly, III and Ann Vertosick (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Grace, James, Amelia and Dylan.
