With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel A. McCune of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, born in Grindstone, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2024 at the age of 108. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Higinbotham and Sarah E. Coffman Higinbotham; her husband Willard "Bud" McCune; her daughter Joan McCune; her granddaughter Jarol McCune; and her siblings, George, William, Robert, Samuel, Alice, Maude and Ruth.
She is survived by: her son Jack McCune (Joyce) of Point Marion, PA; her grandchildren, Jason (Tanya) of Huntsville, AL and Jancey McCune of Cumming, GA; her great grandchildren, Eric McCune, Adam McCune, Jessica McCune, Jackson and Morgan Craig; and her sister Nellie Leichliter of McClellandtown, PA.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Centerville United Methodist Church 823 Old National Pike, Brownsville, PA 15417.
