She is survived by: her son Frederick D. Provance; her daughter-in-law Lisa Provance; her grandchildren, Rori B. Provance (Chuck Kuhn), Rhiannon Barry (Tom), Charissa Gormon (Robert), Jeffrey Provance and Travis Provance (Melanie); her great grandchildren, Brayton Barry, Briella Barry, Cherry Gormon, Leah Provance and Liam Provance; her great great grandchild Claire; and her friends, Keith and Heidi Ryan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
