He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Johnson, Sr. and Betty Ann Johnson (Golmitz); and his siblings, Charles O. "Chucky" Johnson, Jr. and Linda Sloan. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Johnson (Carney); his children, Jennifer Ferrari, Sandy Ferrari, Christy Young, Brittany Johnson, Sierra Carey, Dakota Helmick and Shane Dean; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Tiffany, Bobby, Breelynn, Jennessa, Ashley, Kayli, Cody and Tylyn. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
