He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perkins and Beverly Perkins (Wyse). He is survived by: his children, Shana Perkins and John Harden; and his brother Charlie Perkins (Patty Craig). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
