He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis C. Higbee and Ruth E. Higbee (Patterson); and his siblings, Barbara Riggin and Dale Higbee. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Crowe (Gary); his nieces, Ruth Ann Choban (John), Kim Bizik (Stan), Barbie Crowe and Marlena Baer (Lloy); and his close friend Theresa McNair.
