He was predeceased by : his parents, George A. David and Dorothy Milligan David. He is survived by : his wife Joanne Cooper David; his children, Mark David (Te) and Kellie David Hastings (Rich); his brother George David; and his grandchildren, Jack Porter, Brandon David, Kate Porter and Brook David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
