He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Perry Sr. and Esther Graham (Johnson); and his brother Oliver Perry "Gus" Graham, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Etta Graham (Rose); his children, Rebecca Hoffman (Michael) of Schellsburg, Michael Graham (Stephanie) of Schellsburg, Allan Graham Jr. (Nicole) of Everett and Daniel Graham of Manns Choice; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Marissa, Madison, Camron, Katelyn, Hayden, Jonah Graham, Nathaniel, Maya and Max Hoover; his siblings, Barbara Rotz (Mike) of Woodbridge, VA and Richard Graham (Gloria) of Stafford, VA; and his close friend Larry Garland of Manns Choice.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home (214 S Juliana St, Bedford, PA 15522).
