He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Salka and Sophie M. Salka (Fetchen); his wife Dorothy Salka (Folk); and his siblings, Michael, Joseph, Stanley "Tush", Clarence, Walter "Buck", Frank, Mary Lewis, Helen Salka, Blanche Salka, Clare Krauss and Agnes "Sissy" Leskus.
He is survived by: his sons, Theodore Salka, Jr. (Debbie), Rod Salka (late Shelley), James Salka and Robert Salka (Jackie); his grandchildren, Rod Salka, Jr., Abbie Salka Gray, Sydney Salka, Kylie Salka and Taylor Salka Bacci; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Camila Salka and James Gray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
