He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlisle Phillis and Pearl Phillis (Moore); his son-in-law Dan; and his brothers, Larry, Wayne and Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his children, Cynthia Phillis, Ralph Phillis (Lisa) and Catherine Harvey (Daniel); his grandchildren, Megan, Nicholas (Chelsie), Melissa (Matt), Zachary and Seth (Rylie); his great grandchildren, Reed, Olivia, Rory, Ryan and Rivers; and his siblings, Earl, Roy and Suzie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
