Herbert K. Grubbs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2025, at the age of 81, Herbert K. Grubbs of Burgettstown, Pennsylvania passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Oliver Grubbs and Goldie Mae Moss Grubbs; his wife Joy C. Peebles Grubbs; and his brother Sid D. Grubbs. He is survived by: his children, Brian Kenneth Grubbs, Lisa Nelson (Mike) and Cristine Marie Hall; his grandchildren, Brandon Farner (Leslie), Brittany Tedrow (Paul), Kayla Locher (Devon) and Madison Banaszak; his great grandchildren, Julianna Tedrow and Paisley Tedrow; and his sister Eva Marlene Simpson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services (380 Penco Rd, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
