With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Karnek of Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline Karnek to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Magilson and Florence Magilson; her brothers, Chick, Jim and Buddy; her niece Theresa; and her children, Jeanine, James Bogdan (Jennifer), Isabella, Jameson and Genevieve.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Karnek; her sisters, Janice Ising (Joe), Maggie and Sue Malley (Scott); and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Magilson and Linda Meinzer (Jim). She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews; and twelve great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, she would appreciate contributions be made to K9s for Warriors, supporting veteran PTSD with service dogs, or the Breast Cancer Center at the St. Clair Hospital Foundation.
