She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chastulik and Wilda Mae Campbell Chastulik; and her husband Joseph F. "Snuffy" Toth. She is survived by: her daughters, Monica J. Toth-Nicholson (Mike) of Pittsburgh and Andrea L. Tagliaferro (Mark) of Burgettstown; her grandsons, Anthony Tagliaferro (Ally) and Matthew Tagliaferro; and her sisters, Joyce Walker and Mary Lou Whalen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
