He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barton and Anne Barton; and his brother David Barton. He is survived by: his wife Kristine; his children, Eric Barton, Julie Barton (Duke Siddle) and Tracy Barton; and his grandchildren, Loganne and Andrew Barton. He is also survived by two nieces and many close friends.
