He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Carr; and his grandfather Cliff Peffer Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Joe Carr Sr. (Jill Shreck) and Ruthie Sara Flanigan (Malik Shabazz); his grandmother Ruth Peffer of Lewistown; his brothers, Joseph Peffer of Lewistown and Jacob Carr (Katie) of McClure; his siblings' children, Madison Peffer and Jilian Peffer; his cousins, Eddy Lewis and Timmy Wilt; his aunts, Rose Dalton and Tina Bressak (Michael Wallace); his uncle John Gill; and his cousin Benjamin.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home (108 1st Ave, Burnham, PA 17009). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the Birch Hill Cemetery.
