With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neil Foster Tate (Burnham, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2025 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Foster and Cleone (Fultz); his siblings, Marge, Bob, Rodney, Bill, Shirley, Jerry, Lee, Dave and Don; and his daughter Stephanie Minsker.
He is survived by: his wife Joann (Sherman); his children, Alan Tate (Allen) and Diana Baca (Gerald); his sisters, Camilla Batipps and Kay Richards; and his son-in-law Paul Minsker. He is also survived by four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Birch Hill Cemetery (1100 N Pine St, Burnham, PA 17009).
