We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Vicky L. Tate of Burnham, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George A. Smith, Jr.; her father-in-law Lee (Dorene Tate); and her siblings-in-law, Rodney Tate, Andy Tate, Ed Forsythe, Jr. and Dawn Tate.
She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Tate; her daughters, Amanda Tate Yohn (Barry Osborne) of Lewistown and April Tate Huffnagle of Burnham; her grandchildren, Bailee, Charli, Skylar Zendt, Jayna, K. Keefer and Adalyn Yohn; her pet Luke; her mother Clara V. Smith of Reedsville; and her sisters, Cathy Forsythe of Lewistown and Nancy Ferster (Kurt) of State College.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the King Funeral Home and Crematory (47 Carriage House Ln, Reedsville, PA 17084). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Vicky's memory to the Centre Region Down Syndrome Society, PA, or the Gift of Life Howie's House in Philadelphia, PA.
