It is with sadness that the passing of Carl F. Bickert of Bushkill, Pennsylvania is shared. Carl, born on November 9, 1933, passed away on October 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bickert and Helen Bickert (Knecht); and his brothers, Robert, Clayton, Lester, Harry, Henry and Ralph Bickert.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Albert Bickert (Mackey); his children, Sherry Gillmer (Harry), Lynn Deutsch (James Hawke) and Kevin Bickert (Jill); his stepdaughter Lauri Albert; his grandchildren, Travis Oplinger (Kali), Amy Keithan, Chris Bickert (Diane) and Troy Oplinger; and his sisters, Isabella Shafer, Dorothy Suranofsky, Joyce Sobers and Nancy Koehler.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church - Plainfield (1422 Church Rd, Pen Argyl, PA 18072). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Plainfield Cemetery (1424 Church Rd, Pen Argyl, PA 18072).
