He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Vurro and Albina Vurro (Pepe); and his children, John Vurro, Deborah Parisi and Diane LoMonaco.
He is survived by: his son Phillip Vurro; his grandchildren, Gina, Christian, Frankie, Felicia, Jake, Jesse, Jillian, Vanessa, John, Jason, Michael and Philip; and his sister Rose Cosenza. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
