He was predeceased by: his father Donald Burley. He is survived by: his mother Yolanda "Susie" Burley (Ambrose) of Nazareth; his wife Veronica Burley (Stasiak); his son Ian Burley (Allison); his grandchildren, Denver, Adeline and Julian Burley (Stacy); and his sister Jane Acker (James).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kirk's memory may be made to the "Blue Eagle Foundation", to benefit the Nazareth High School Art Department, and sent directly to Nazareth High School, 501 East Center St., Nazareth, PA 18064 .
