He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Gillon and Flora Gillon (Matrozzo); his son Arthur Gillon III; and his son-in-law Neal Gifford. He is survived by: his wife Joan Gillon (Daniels); his children, Michele Gillon, Nicole Gifford and Ryan Gillon (Ally); his siblings, David Gillon (Debbie), Vicky Talpas (Dave) and Sherri Gaydos (James); and his grandchildren, Ross, Colbey, Jonathan, Colin Gifford, Jalynne, Ethan, Noah and Greyson Gillon.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spencer D. Geibel Funeral Home & Cremation Services (140 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Global Methodist Church food bank in honor of Art.
