She is survived by: her husband Ronald P. Boltz; her stepchildren, Randall Boltz, Edward Boltz and Teresa Fiscus; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Lettie, Lorie and Lexi. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
