She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Noel and Stella J. Noel (Steinheiser); and her siblings, Winifred McGarrah, Shirley Turk, Donna Jean Hoag, Ken Noel, F. Robert Noel, Billy Noel and A. K. Patrick Noel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
