Though Carrie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her mother Cheryl Ann O'Day (Gold); and her grandparents, Jim and Grace. She is survived by: her father Samuel John "Sam" O'Day of Butler; and her brother Travis W. O'Day of Butler. She is also survived by four aunts and one uncle.
