He was predeceased by: his father Charles F. Fleming; and his sister Rebecca Ann Congdon. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Schenck Fleming of Butler; his wife Judy Lynn Powell Fleming; his daughter Callie Gowarty (Andrew) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandson Beau Douglas Gowarty; and his sister Martha Fleming (Brian Noah) of Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
