He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blackwell and Audrey Blackwell (Barnhart); and his sister Sandra Ewing. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Geeslin (Marshall), Jamie Gildersleeve (Jonathan), Nicole Allison (Kevin) and Samantha Milbert; and his siblings, Frank Blackwell, Jr. (LuAnne) and Joyce Speicher (Wes). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
