She is survived by: her son David McKain, II (Deborah) of Butler; her significant other Tim Cook of Butler; and her brothers, Terry Steffy of Butler, Danny Steffy of Butler and Ronald L. Steffy of Butler. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
