He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Edward Chamberlain and Rev. Dorothy Chamberlain; and his grandson Brandon Miller. He is survived by: his wife Leona Chamberlain (Ritchey); his sister Jan Cole (Dave); his daughters, Helen McMahon and Donna Zimmerman (James); and his grandchildren, DJ McMahon (Summer), John McMahon, Brittany Miller, Cameron Miller (Rachel), Lauren Zimmerman, Allison Huckestein (Chas) and Nathan Zimmerman (Kayla).
