She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kinser and Mildred Kinser (Morrow); and her sister Evelyn Bosko. She is survived by: her husband Donald Spinetti; her daughters, Karen Spinetti-Leber (Daniel) and Joni Eisenhuth (Daniel); her grandchildren, Ean, Christopher (Antonia) and Michael (Sara); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Graham, Harper, Sienna and Damien.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Donna to the Butler County Humane Society.
