He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Pratts and Juanita Quiles Pratts. He is survived by: his children, Edwin Francisco Pratts of New Orleans, Laine Beth Pratts (Emanuel Soto) of Erie and Gelaine Pratts of Philadelphia; his sister Alice Pratts of Florida; and his pet Annie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
