He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Spohn and Helen F. Benchuk Spohn; his aunt Mary Spohn; and his uncle Hud Spohn. He is survived by: his wife Nora P. Swartzlander Spohn; his daughters, Jennie Lee Spohn-Rousseau (Gregory Rousseau) of Butler and Katie Lynn Werner (Erik) of Butler; his siblings, John Spohn (Linda) of Butler, Nancy Scuro of Butler and Linda Rottman (Larry) of Butler; his grandchildren, Harper Werner and Archer Werner; and his stepgranddaughter Sydney Ness. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
