He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eresh and Betty Eresh (Cutlip); his brother Robert West; and his niece Carrie Cunningham. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Holmquist (Dennis), Sue Schwartz (Richard), Sandra McLaren and Donald Horne (Bonnie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
