It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Cavalero of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon Cavalero to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cavalero, Sr. and Mary Cavalero (Fetterman); and his siblings, Donald "Bones" Cavalero, Sam Cavalero, Jr., Patricia Schaffer and Chervyl Leonard.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Foti (John) and Drew Demme (Kendra); and his brother David Cavalero. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Summer Dramatics Program, 126 Westwood Manor, Butler, PA 16001.
