She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel W. Hendrickson and Emma G. Major Hendrickson; and her former husband Harold D. Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Alwine. She is also survived by married June 16, 1984, also brothers and sisters-in-law.
