He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jr. Cooper (Buck) and Dorothy Cratty Cooper; and his siblings, Tom Cooper and Nancy Wilks. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Thomas (Scott) and Kristy Tonelli (Joe); his grandchildren, Patrick Freed, Andrew Freed (Danica), Israel Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence (Mattie), Peyton Lawrence, Zakary Tonelli and Rocco Tonelli; his great grandchildren, Lenora Freed and Esme Lawrence; his siblings, Sandra Baker, Patty Merwin and Dave Cooper; and his close friend Susan Burns.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the H. Jack Buzard Funeral Homes, Inc. (201 Wayne Ave, Parker, PA 16049). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
