James leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Evans and Barbara Evans (Gorgas). He is survived by: his children, Johnathan Paul Parker and Ashlea Johnson; and his siblings, Betty Logan, Chuck, Robert, Eugene "Stymie" and Melinda Evans. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A reception will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spencer D. Geibel Funeral Home & Cremation Services (140 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001).
