Prokopchak; her children, Richard Prokopchak (Karrie) of Columbus, Rhonda Meehan (Jim) of Freeport, Rachel Faulk (Greg) of Butler and Tom Prokopchak (Tammy) of Mansfield, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jakeb, Hannah (Mason), Madison, Colin (Kelly), Abby, Katie and Julia; her great grandchildren, Ari, Graham and Rowyn; and her siblings, Thomas McGregor (Roberta) of Prospect, Bonnie Ciesielski of Freeport, Virginia Stadler of Butler and Sherry McGregor of DuBois. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
