With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey J. Bester of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 5, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jeffrey departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Bester and Wilda Jane Bester (Christy); his uncle Bud; and his aunt Louise Bester. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Gaul of Butler; his siblings, Janet Cumberland (Steve) of West Sunbury and Jim Bester (Diane Sutara) of Upper Burrell; his stepson TJ Gaul of Washington; and his nephew Justin Cumberland (Katie) of Fairview.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home, Ltd. (127 W Jefferson St, Butler, PA 16003). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
