He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Swidzinski and Pauline Schmidt Swidzinski; and his wife Patty. He is survived by: his sons, John A. "Jack" Swidzinski (Karen) of Butler and Charles "Chuck" Swidzinski of Butler; his grandchildren, Nicholas Swidzinski (Dahlia) of Portland, Ore and Layne Wood (Nathan) of Allison Park; his great grandchildren, Violet and Briggs Wood; and his siblings, Carl Swidzinski (Nancy) of Butler, Lucille Spohn of Maryland and Helen Dollman of Slippery Rock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
