He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Miller (Richard); and his parents, John Johnson and Helen Johnson. He is survived by: his nephew Christopher Miller (Kimberly); his niece Heather Clement (Matthew); and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
