He is survived by: his mother Janine Harvey (Phipps); his significant other David Barkley; his sister Jennifer Ratcliff (Rachel); his stepfather Robert Harvey; and his stepsiblings, Jessica Harvey, Jason and Bob Harvey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
