He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Hasychak and Jennie O. Hasychak (Ritchey); and his brother Charles L. Hasychak (Janet). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hasychak (Neely); and his brother John Hasychak (Sue). He is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
