He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spohn and Pearl Spohn (Strobel); his wife Shirley Ann Spohn (Clark); and his siblings, Gayle Lessner and Ronald Spohn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelby Weichey of West Sunbury and Shawnna Thompson of West Sunbury; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Weichey of McDonald, Andrew Weichey of Clarion, Austin Thompson of Butler and Kaitlyn Thompson of Meadville.
