She is survived by: her son Derek Black (Sara); her sister Diane Hoover of Spring Hill, Florida; her niece Cindy Kulbacki of Gibsonia; her nephews, Jeff Becker (Debbie) of Hampton and Dave Becker of Saxonburg; and her friends, Betsy Lohler of Shaler and Kenneth Black of Parker.
In lieu of flowers, the family feels Judy would wish to honor her late brother Jimmy with donations to The Arc of Butler County or another Butler County organization that supports individuals with down syndrome.
