She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Croskey and Dorothy Croskey; her siblings, Dorothy Boyle, Sherry Glunck, Kathy Jespersen and Jimmy Croskey; and her brother-in-law Dan Hoover.
She is survived by: her son Derek Black (Sara); her sister Diane Hoover of Spring Hill, Florida; her sibling's children, Cindy Kulbacki of Gibsonia, Jeff Becker (Debbie) of Hampton and Dave Becker of Saxonburg; and her friends, Betsy Lohler of Shaler and Kenneth Black of Parker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the King Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (2841 Woodland Cir, Allison Park, PA 15101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family feels Judy would wish to honor her late brother Jimmy with donations to The Arc of Butler County or another Butler County organization that supports individuals with down syndrome.
