She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Keay and Gertrude Klekner Keay James; her husband Joseph J. Surkosky; and her brother Anthony Keay. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Hackett (John) of Verona, PA, Sondra Pipes (Kurt) of Butler, Dr. Andrea York (Carl) of Walworth, NY and Dr. Stuart Surkosky (Dawn) of Butler; her grandchildren, Teale (Chad), Adam (Mariola), Joseph, Joshua (Marissa), Alexandra (Giovanni), Andrew Walter, Jacob (Danielle), Annaleigh (Thomas), Andrew Joseph (Cecelia), Alizabeth, Jordon (Kapria) and Addelynne; her great grandchildren, Aislynn, Hazel, Abigail, Zane, Noah, Kai, Marek, Julia and Hollis; and her nephews, Sean Keay (Erica) and Peter Keay.
