With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen E. McAfee of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Lynn Fleeger and Thelma Fleeger (Wise); and her brothers, John "Jack" Fleeger and Richard Fleeger. She is survived by : her husband Dr. Roy Donald McAfee; her siblings, Judy Sutton (Errol Foertsch) of Butler, Joan Fleeger of Butler, Rodney Fleeger (Helen) of West Sunbury, Eugene Fleeger of Butler, James Fleeger of Butler and Larry Fleeger (Penny) of Butler; and her stepchildren, Beth Richardson (Mike Lueders) of Texas and Jeff McAfee of North Carolina. She is also survived by two step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Unionville Evangelical Presbyterian Church (1114 Sunset Dr, Butler, PA 16001).
