Adamek; her daughter Amanda Bixler (David); her stepchildren, Ken Adamek (Stacy), Rick Adamek (Erin), Karin Slota (Myron), Jim Adamek (Gayle), Kevin Adamek (late Angie) and Gary Adamek (Donna); her siblings, Michael Cuddyre (Mary) and Marty Cuddyre (Molly); her grandchildren, Cassidy, Erica, Ashton, Chase, Trey, Tate, Larissa, Nathan, Matthew, Jessica, Ashley, Kelsy, Dylan, Keyern, Colin, Kerri, Jaqi, Lauren, Tara and Drew; her niece Christine Cuddyre; her friend Disney; her pet Minnie; and her granddaughter Carleigh. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
