He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Baxter and Anne Anthony Baxter; his wife Irene Lynn; his son Scott Baxter; and his siblings, Ernest Baxter, James Baxter, Ron Baxter, Sue Shearer, Betty Sarvey and Jean Scott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
