He is survived by: his parents, Frank H. Mong and Joyce E. Faulconbridge Mong of Butler; his brother Darin G. Mong of Karns City; his nephew Trevor Thomas Mong; and his uncles, Donald Faulconbridge of Grove City and Kenneth Faulconbridge of Hermitage. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
