He was predeceased by: his wife Pat. He is survived by: his children, Tina Shockey (Matt) and Brian Holt (Allison); his grandchildren, Thomas (Abby), Jake, Eli Shockey, Lukis and Zoe Holt; his siblings, Marlene Skelley, Lana McKinnis, Kevin Holt and Robin Hodge; and his close friend Barb Olenic.
